The private, liberal arts college in Claremont, CA is hiring its first Ombudsperson. The half-time position will report directly to the President of the College and will serve a campus population of about 2,100 faculty, students, and staff.

Applicants must be fluent in Spanish, have an understanding of the college workplace environment, and at least three years experience as an Ombuds or closely related position.
