The fifth largest University of California is hiring a Campus Ombuds and Director of its Office of the Ombuds. The full-time position manages and directs an office with three other staff members which serves about 25,000 students, faculty, and staff. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent experience/training as an Ombuds or in dispute resolution, and certification as an Organizational Ombuds Practitioner (CO-OP) or other professional and licensure/certification.
