The highly ranked medical school in Ann Arbor is hiring a Project Senior Manager. The position provides confidential and informal assistance to Medical School faculty when conflicts arise with other faculty, staff, students, and other stakeholders. The Ombuds reports to the Senior Associate Dean for Faculty and Faculty Development.
Applicants should have at least a master's degree, education in conflict resolution and/or negotiation, and extensive dispute resolution knowledge and experience.
