Colorado's flagship public research university in Boulder is hiring an Associate Ombuds. The position reports to the newly hired director and will work with students, staff, faculty, and administrators. The posting says, "We are looking for an expert mediator with a deep understanding of conflict resolution, who is excited about the opportunity to set strategic direction and precedent for our campus."
Applicants must have experience working in an Organizational Ombuds office; a JD; at least three years of experience working in mediation, alternative dispute resolution or a related field; and training in mediation or alternative dispute resolution.
