The State Department is hiring a Human Resources Specialist to work in the Office of Ombudsman, Office of the Secretary. The position "serves as a subject matter expert in conflict resolution, utilizing mediation, facilitation, conflict coaching and other Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and work is focused on providing ethical conflict resolution processes."

Applicants must have PhD or equivalent doctoral degree or combination of graduate level education and specialized experience.  Applicants are subject to drug testing and must be able to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.  The GS 11/12 position is located in in the DC area and pays $63,091 to $98,305 per year.
