Great Interview.
A fine interview.  Thanks for sharing Bryan. I like how Mary emphasized that when a dispute happens, you can start looking close to home for help - for someone with conflict resolution skills – maybe a local pastor, daycare supervisor, trusted neighbour… before bringing in professional 3rd party neutral.  Neighborhoods have so many gifts to offer - need to know whose in your neighborhood and what their gifts are.
Ben, this is an excellent point to highlight. It is when we feel connected to our community that we can truly begin to work collaboratively on ensuring our neighborhood is safe. If society is able to feel comfortable engaging in conflict directly in a more effective and conscious manner, conflict will hopefully not escalate beyond the needs of a third party to help facilitate the conversation. Thanks for watching!
