Technology-enabled ADR (You may now view the Archive by clicking the play button below)
Tech Enabled ADR from Bryan Hanson on Vimeo.
“Technology-enabled ADR” starts with the first hint of a problem and ends with resolution. When the seller of a product/ service receives a hint of negative feedback via the web, an “Independent Feedback Review” (similar to eBay Motor’s) Process drives early resolution. When the service provider receives notice of a claim or lawsuit, an “Evidence Evaluation Process” can link evidence, documents and communications with People, Issues, Time and Money to either drive resolution or empower the parties to control the outcome. From Early Resolution through Summary Judgment Motion, “Feedback Review” and “Evidence Evaluation” work together to reduce risk and cost.
