ADRhub.com Webinar (July/2013): Conflict Coaching & the Interpersonal Wellness Quotient

Conflict Coaching & the Interpersonal Wellness Quotient

Presented by Joyce Odidison

Are you tired of the fighting, miscommunication, burnout and high stress of the workplace?

Life and work in the 21st Century demands more from us and behooves us to rise to the challenge or be left behind.  To address this, I have created the multi-dimensional Wellness System model to propel us to live, work and play well together with others. The Interpersonal Wellness System model theory assumes that people can develop the skills and competencies necessary to work, live and play well together, as long as we do the work to stay well in all life dimensions that governs our interpersonal interactions.

Presenter Bio:

Joyce Odidison is a leading interpersonal wellness expert and coach with over 17 years of experience as a conflict analyst, speaker, and certified coach. A most profound and life-changing experience occurred early in her career when a client suffered a heart attack, while in a mediation session, in Joyce’s office. The client survived but this changed the focus of Joyce’s career and her commitment to transform interpersonal conflicts into interpersonal wellness using a coaching framework. She then created the Pre-Mediation Coaching model, allowing clients to prepare for success prior to mediation. Later, Joyce designed the Interpersonal Wellness System model and the Interpersonal Wellness Quotient; an assessment tool to help clients live well in all areas of their lives.
