If you enrol this month on our distance training course in using online technology within your practice (at http://www.odrtraining.com ) you will now be given a licence entirely free of charge for six months to open up to 50 casefles using our unique online mediation software and on which you be able to run either roleplay or real cases.
This will enable you to either hold mediations fully online or just to conduct the preparation work leading up to in-person mediations.
Being able to offer your skills at a distance in a dedicated online mediation file will clearly extend casework to many more clients than if you restrict yourself to those able to meet in person.
This is a one-off offer which we make in the light of recent developments in the field notably the push to more use of online ADR by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (who have set up a working group dedicated to developments in online dispute resolution-ODR ) and last month's statement by the European Union requiring all member States to set up systems for online dispute resolution.
If you have been meaning to move into ODR, what better opportunity can there be than to take training and then have six months free use to develop your own online practice.
You can enrol now at http://www.odrtraining.com, where you willl see a description of the course. The course fee is only £75, if you provide your own actors for the roleplay, and £150 if you ask us to provide them.
Remember, this offer is only available during July 2011.
