From December 2014 to February 2015, 21 ADR Group http://goo.gl/uCKfXK mediators experienced in in-person mediation will participate in an extensive, hands-on training in online mediation.

Their training will consist of the following parts:

>> 1-Hour Introduction to Online Mediation
>> 1-Hour Hands-on Online Mediation via Zoom
>> Online Mediation Simulations with a Coach and Groups of 3 Mediators at a Time
>> Video Recordings of All Simulations
