On August 2, 2017 Suzanne Ghais Ph.D. presented a free 1-hour webinar sponsored by the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR) International Section. ACR is a professional organization dedicated to enhancing the practice and public understanding of conflict resolution.

Suzanne Ghais is Adjunct Instructor at the American University of School of International Service. She teaches two courses – Conflict Assessment and Prevention, and International Negotiation – through the American University’s online master’s program in international relations. And she is the author of the book “Extreme Facilitation: Guiding Groups Through Controversy and Complexity”
