Difference Between Facilitative and Transformative Mediation in a Workplace Discrimination Case – 2 Videos

Keep in mind that the goal of our ACR Hawai pilot project Virtual Mediation Lab is not to grade mediation methods. We just want to help mediators become more conscious and reflective about their practice and, for example, be fully aware of the assumptions they are making about mediation and their role as mediator.
