LOS ANGELES COUNTY - To reduce racial and gang-motivated jail violence, the Board of Supervisors extended an agreement with the Amer-I-Can Foundation to continue disturbance mediation training classes to jail inmates, according to Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich.
