with Dick Cocozza, Ph.D.
The author of a recent New York Times bestseller titled "The Checklist Manifesto – How to Get Things Right", made a compelling argument that we often have enough knowledge but fail because of our inability to apply our knowledge correctly, consistently and reliably, and that this failure can be overcome with a checklist. Dr. Cocozza offers a brief checklist for use in addressing and resolving conflicts in the workplace. This checklist will be helpful to managers, supervisors and staff in all organizations who are faced with hurt or unpleasant feelings, a disagreement, something they dislike, a concern or other conflict.
Dick is currently a mediator and organization problem solving consultant, serving, primarily, The World Bank as a Senior Mediator-Consultant, as well as other organization and individual clients. Dick also has a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution.
