Assistant Professor of Psychology/Conflict Management

Position Responsibilities/: Qualifications

The Department of Psychology & the Conflict Management Master’s Program are conducting a search for an Assistant Professor (nine-month, jointly appointed, tenure-track)

Minimum qualifications at the time of appointment include a Ph.D. in Psychology, Political Science, Industrial Relations or related discipline. Demonstrated undergraduate and graduate teaching and practical application experience is preferred. Ability to teach undergraduate Psychology courses is required.  Professional practice and/or teaching experience related to at least two of the following areas are required:  industrial organization, quantitative methods, organizational conflict management, employment dispute resolution, and/or dispute systems design.     

Commitment to excellence in teaching, complemented by strong scholarship and engagement, is expected of all faculty members in KSU’s College of Humanities and Social Sciences.
