Modria Resolution Center to provide online dispute resolution for more than 100,000 cases annually

SAN JOSE, CALIF. – March 5, 2014 – Modria, provider of the world’s leading online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, announced today that the American Arbitration Association (AAA) has selected Modria Resolution Center to power its New York No Fault (NYNF) caseload. “AAA is committed to continuous improvement and innovation that allows us to deliver prompt, effective and economical methods of dispute resolution,” said Francesco Rossi, senior vice president and chief financial officer of the American Arbitration Association. “When we set out to build the next generation platform for the AAA New York Insurance ADR Center, we looked for a team that understands dispute resolution, and could help us apply the best of ODR to serve disputing parties. Modria is that team, and with ModriaResolution Center we will bring ODR best practices and tools to securely and reliably meet the needs of disputants in these critical caseloads.”
