This issue presents insightful articles by Emialiano Carretero, Lorenzo Pratz, Beatriz Rodríguez de la Flor, Nuria Lasheras, Judge José Luis Utrera and María Ángeles Peña.

Also, we start a new section called OPENNESS that includes very interesting and innovative proposals for mediation and conflict resolution, with a brilliant article written by Australia-based Greg Rooney and Margaret Ross for the first time in Spanish, and my own article called: "MOTIVATION INTERVIEWING IN MEDIATION ".
