What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education): I hold a Masters of Science in Conflict Resolution and I am currently working on my PhD in Conflict Resolution Management. I work as a mediator and life coach in Ashland, Kentucky

What else do you want to tell the ADRhub.com community (what you are up to, what you would like to do in ADR, etc.): I work as a college educator as well as run my business, ACRWorks. My focus is on marital mediation, teen conflict resolution, family mediation and coaching. My goal is to help my clients learn the skills they need to manage conflict and take control of the important issues effecting their lives.
