I have applied ADR and conflict management principles and skills to my daily management of a growing business, in a highly conflict prone industry. I am a student in the online MS in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution program at the Werner Institute.

Connect to, and become an active member of, the ADR community, and put into practice what I have learned throughout my career, and what I am learning from the online MS in NDR program at Creighton's Werner Institute.

The US Institute of Peace and the International Association for Conflict Management.

I believe effective dispute resolution and lasting peace are built on fair, thoughtful and intelligent negotiating. I want to be an active participant in the cause of peace, whether on an international, national, community, organizational or personal level.
